Bridging Transitions in Cherokee County
Our Story
Aging out of foster care can feel like stepping off a cliff with a backpack and a "good luck." Educate 4 Success exists to be the steady handrail - guidance, resources, and support when uncertainty is loud.

Our Vision
At Educate 4 Success, our vision is to create a community where mental health is prioritized, and young adults have access to the resources necessary to achieve stability and well-being.
We aim to reduce homelessness risk and increase long-term independence for youth transitioning out of foster care.
